On Friday 6^th January, Mrs Anne Morgan gave a demonstration and workshop on the skill and techniques involved in making Carricmacross Lace.  Our year 14 students were inspired by the intricacy of the medium and the possibilities within contemporary lace and crochet.  Mrs Morgan  returned to the college this week for a master class on lace making and members of ‘Aghaderg Circle of Friends’ along with A Level art students attended.   We are very fortunate to have the opportunity to explore this wonderful medium as part of the work in the Art department.
