NEW-BRIDGE INTEGRATED COLLEGE
TOP INTEGRATED SCHOOL IN NORTHERN IRELAND
Some excellent reading in the Irish News on Monday 4th April!
Based on 2015 GCSE results, New-Bridge Integrated College is ranked as the top Integrated School in Northern Ireland. Out of 135 non selective schools in Northern Ireland, we are in the top 10 for GCSE Performance including English and Maths, ranked 9th! 70% of our pupils achieved the A*/A grades in a range of subjects with students achieving up to 10A*/A grades.
A very special word of congratulations to our students – Year 12 Class of 2015. You enriched our school community in so many ways and to us, you will always be much more than a statistic. Well done. Congratulations to our hard working staff for their dedication and commitment to our school and its pupils . Many thanks to all our parents for their continued support! A great achievement for our New-Bridge community.
Our 3A*-C performance at A Level also remains significantly above the NI average and we look forward to welcoming as many of our Year 12 students back to sixth form in September, along with interested pupils from other schools. It is an exciting time to be joining the New-Bridge family.
With this on-going success, the school continues to actively campaign for a new school build which would cement its position in Integrated Education even further. We are hopeful that through the ‘Fresh Start’ Agreement, money will be secured to begin planning for a new school build. We will continue to work tirelessly to ensure everyone, staff and pupils carry out their day to day activities with the school’s integrated ethos at the centre of everything we do. The latest listing in the Irish News compilation consolidates New-Bridge Integrated College’s position as a leading non-selective Integrated school in NI.
My message to our New-Bridge students is be proud of your achievements, keep moving forward, and remember to always carry with you, that pride of having being part of something very special at New-Bridge Integrated College.
Congratulations again to all.
