  3. NEW-BRIDGE OPEN DAY IS RESOUNDING SUCCESS

New-Bridge Integrated College welcomed in excess of  1,500 visitors to our annual Open Day on Saturday 14 January 2017.  We were delighted to welcome so many prospective P7 pupils and their families to enjoy the unique ‘ New-Bridge’ experience.  The College was a hive of activity and there was a wonderful atmosphere in each of the classrooms as staff and pupils interacted with visiting families.  Mrs Anderson’s gave her welcoming address to a hall filled to capacity with families eager to hear what makes New-Bridge such a special school.  Mrs Anderson encouraged visitors to take time to speak to the many students who gave up their morning to assist at Open Day.  ‘if you really want to know what is it like to be a student at New-Bridge, speak to our pupils here today’. Mrs Anderson introduced Head Boy, Josh Martin, Head Girl, Jasmine Pescod and Year 8 students Ben Shanks and Orlaith Smyth who recounted their personal experience of life at New-Bridge. The morning was truly a resounding success.

Thank you for visiting our school.  Enjoy looking back over our great Open Day photographs!  Can you see yourself?
