DIGITAL YOUTH NI EVENT

Belfast City Hall on Wednesday 5 November 2014

A group of year 10 pupils represented the College at a Digital Youth NI Event in Belfast’s City Hall  on Wednesday 5th November. They heard from inspirational speakers from IT companies such as Google and BT. The pupils participated in workshops using “Makey Makey” circuit boards which enabled them to control a computer with wires and play-doh, and they got their first lesson in programming.   A great day!
