Our intergenerational ‘Community Christmas’ event took place in New-Bridge where members from our local community, members from Seapatrick Care Home and grandparents of students were invited into school to meet with our Sixth Form Intergenerational Strategy group. A great time was had by all as we came together for Christmas dinner, listened to some music and designed some Christmas tree decorations. It was lovely to see so many different generations coming together to celebrate Christmas and it was great to see Robbie Meredith and the BBC crew in school to cover the event – well done to our sixth form team for organising such a wonderful community event.
