Yesterday Tuesday 20th February five pupils attended the regional finals of the Formula One in Schools competition at Queen’s University Belfast. The cars were manufactured during the STEM club which takes place every Thursday from 3.20 – 4.20. Each car was powered by an electronic trigger, which controlled a CO2 canister. Joshua Hood, Year 9, was chosen as the controller of the car.
