  3. Past pupil Hannah inspires new generation of New-Bridge students
Our Year 14 Health and Social Care class are exploring the roles and responsibilities within this job sector as part of their exam unit Providing Services. They thoroughly enjoyed their visitor today, Hannah Barratt, as she spoke so passionately about her career as a Neo Natal Nurse in Craigavon Area Hospital. She spoke of how rewarding her job was and of the importance of good communication skills, especially in listening, when working as part of a large team on the ward. She also shared some of the challenges. The staff at New-Bridge loved seeing Hannah back with us as she was a past pupil. She encouraged the pupils to show enthusiasm for their chosen courses in their upcoming university interviews. It was a pleasure to have Hannah to visit and we hope she will come back again next year!
