New-Bridge Integrated College’s Young Enterprise Company ‘#Personalised’ recently competed at the Company Interview Day held in Moy Park Technical centre, Craigavon.  Four year 14 students, Liam McGarry (Managing Director), Neal Cochrane (Assistant Managing Director), Ryan Strain (Marketing Director) and Nathan Barnes (ICT Director) had to conduct a four minute presentation of  their business to a panel of three top local businessmen. This was followed by a substantial interview where they were questioned by the panel on how they solved any problems that arose throughout the year, their team building strategies, the company’s innovation, ethical issues they had considered and the skills they had developed. They all agreed it was a great experience and even though they were initially nervous they really enjoyed it and came out feeling they had performed well. Well done boys!
